2006-2007 Tamarind Club Newsletter

During the past two seasons our major renovations were completed. All of the rooms have been repainted, redecorated, and revamped. Additional blues and purples have been added to the bar, pool and restaurant also.

We are pleased to have Chef Suzy and the entire team back again in the kitchen. Suzy hails from Cornwall in the UK and has been an award winning chef for 28 years. She began her career as Chef and owner in Cornwall , UK at “The House On The Strand” and has created culinary delights not only in the UK , but France and the Caribbean as well. All of our dishes, from desserts to salad dressings are homemade and change reqularly on the “whim” of Chef Suzy.

We now feature a Friday Night Trivia Quiz with Martini Specials, and A Very Special Dinner on the 3 rd Saturday of each month with the music of Mad Romance (Tom and Donna Abraira). Tamarind Tuesdays are now featuring $2.00 beers and wells all day long. On Wednesdays we feature a “Wine on Wednesday Happy Hour” with wine specials and a music Jam Session by David Thrasher and Friends. Sporting events are televised daily.

The Tamarind Club is just a little Caribbean Country place, nothing too-high toned—There's lots of drinking allowed, sometimes a rowdy crowd and there is always some mischief going on!
