Tamarind's Creamy Seafood Chowder ( tuna, mahi mahi, snapper, salmon, shrimp, basa and maybe some other fish too! ) with HOT and POTENT Pepper Wine on the side

Soft Mozzarella topped with Hot Roasted Tomatoes and drizzled with a little of “Stan-over-the-Road's” HOT Chili Oil

Roasted Garlic Hummus, Black Olive Salad and Toasted Pita

Spice Rubbed Tuna pan seared ( rare unless you specify otherwise ) and served with Wasabi Sauce, Pickled Ginger & Soy

Mahi Mahi baked in a Banana Leaf with Coconut, Tomato and Green Chile

Fettuccini tossed with Prosciutto & Artichoke Hearts in a Creamy Alfredo

Penne Pasta Pomodoro– with a light tomato, garlic and basil sauce
